We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced and motivated Senior Legal Secretary to join our Family Law Team

Based primarily in our Headquarters in Parramatta, the successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative and paralegal support including but not limited to:
file management, including e-filing; liaising with clients and third parties; scheduling and diarising of events, conferences, tasks, and reminders; drafting and preparing correspondence including court documents and briefs; monitoring and managing inboxes and calendars; and collation and preparation of a high volume of documents, including briefs and discovery.
We are looking for candidates with:
a minimum of 5 years' experience preferably in a family law firm/team; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products; excellent communication and teamwork; high level of organisation and prioritisation, initiative, proactivity, and professionalism; strong attention to detail; a 'can-do' attitude with a willingness to succeed; and great personality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
