We currently have an excellent opportunity for a trade qualified, experienced fitter to join the team at our Mount Gambier facilities.Primarily this position is day shift; however, there are times when the successful applicant will be required to work a rotating 4-shift roster.You will be responsible for:Project workScheduled & unscheduled breakdown maintenanceTrouble shootingTo be considered for this position, you will have:Experience in machine trouble shooting, problem solving and fault findingThe ability to read and understand engineering drawingsDemonstrated experience in pneumatic and hydraulic equipment (preferred)Experience in fabrication/welding (an advantage)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to work unsupervised or as part of a teamTo be successful, you must be motivated and willing to put in the effort required to complete jobs in a timely manner.
Attention to detail and the highest quality workmanship are paramount.This is a full-time permanent position.
