As a global organisation, their products have been loved by Australians for years.
Now, with their recent official launch of their Australian entity, we are assembling a high performing local team.
As a National Business Manager, you will play a critical role in the Australian business, reporting directly to the Managing Director and taking the lead on key Grocery accounts.
ResponsibilitiesNegotiate and implement Trading Terms and JBPs that achieve win-win outcomes.Manage and grow key grocery accounts - Coles and Woolworths the main focus.Utilise analytics & data to develop a deep understanding and application of ROI metrics to maximise trade spend to deliver ambitious sales objectives.Provide accurate commercial & volume to the local and global business.Be involved in the NPD process and assist in launching these into the Australian market.Experience RequiredMust come with FMCG industry experience.Coles and/or Woolworths experience is essential.Ideally you are an established NAM/Senior NAM or NBM.Commercial capabilities, and ability to effectively utilise data to negotiate and create insights.Work with a leading Global organisation, who are making a positive impact to the planet.Work for a leading category and in a better for you segment.Build a team, make a true impact, and work across total business - invaluable experience for growth and development.Career development opportunities are endless - from local upward moves, to international opportunities (Singapore, Europe, UK and more).Seniority levelMid-Senior level
