We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support the principles & associates' team.
The Position:Working closely with the Director & Sales Team, you will be managing the client relationships and supporting the team:
Check Contracts to ensure all paperwork is present and currentHave an understanding of what changes can legally be made to a contractProcess sales from exchange through to settlement, including processing rescission noticesLiaise with Solicitors and Conveyancers, including confirming settlement date and ordersLiaise with Vendors and PurchasersReceive and process sales adviceVerify sales, and customer's personal informationGenerate settlement letters and EFT for Directors to signDaily bankingManaging the Sales Trust account, including release of deposits and monthly trust account reconciliationUpdate data spreadsheets and other internal systems, including electronic filingEnsure all processes are being followed in line with legislation and NSW Fair Trading requirementsThe Ideal Candidate:Previous experience in an admin capacity in real estateCurrent Certificate of registrationVery Strong Admin & organization skillsStrong customer service skillsAble to manage conflicting deadlines & processesUnderstanding of the real estate sales processBenefits:Up to $80,000Monday to Friday onlySenior Administration roleSupportive directors & sales teamLearn from the best in the businessIncentives & work events
