With over 25 years of experience, Landmark is known for its excellence in design and construction and boasts a team of over 70 property experts, successfully delivering projects worth over $5 billion.
Due to a secure and exciting array of projects in the pipeline, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to join our high-performing construction team.
Ideally, you will have previous experience in the construction of high-rise residential works and be a natural leader.

Skilled in reading and interpreting plans/drawings and specifications.
Quality-focused, with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Some key responsibilities Lead project planning sessions, coordinate resources, and oversee all project documentation.
Manage the design.
Manage communication with stakeholders regarding design, QA, and scope of works.
Review engineering plans, assess buildability, and mitigate risks.
Ensure legal and technical compliance while maintaining confidentiality.
Oversee WHS management plans and enforce site safety protocols.
Manage cost projections, budgets, subcontractor claims, and variations.
Conduct project reviews, prepare detailed reports, and drive process optimisation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
Experience and Qualifications Degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
6+ years' experience managing high-rise construction projects.
Proficiency in construction planning software, ideally MS Project.
Strong knowledge of the Sydney construction market and subcontractors.
