Fugro Australia Marine provide subsea construction, inspection, repair, and maintenance (IMR) services and decommissioning; Fugro are also industry leaders in remote system technology solutions, including USVs and ROVs.The Opportunity We are currently seeking Lead (Subsea) Project Engineer's to join our established engineering team for upcoming subsea and ROV projects.
These roles are based in West Perth, with project site visits and offshore work.
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:Work with the Project Manager to execute project workscopes.
Regular Client interfacing is required.Analyse and modify new and existing engineering technologies and work with the Engineering team to apply them in the testing and implementation of engineering projects.Lead the project engineering team through design review, constructability and HAZID; and offshore execution.Manage subcontractor and equipment manufacturers, including documentation preparation and overseeing SIT and FATs.Take responsibility for work packages and ensure HSE / quality and commercial delivery.Support and develop engineers by providing advice, coaching, mentorship and educational opportunities.Your success in securing this role will require:Significant experience in subsea design or project delivery.Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical / mechatronic / civil / structural / ocean engineering or naval architecture.Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project.
