About the Position:
The College is seeking an experienced, passionate Gymnastics Coach to cover a member of the gymnastics team for a 12 month maternity leave position.This an exciting opportunity in a supportive and fun team, which delivers gymnastics programs for both school and club pathways.
The successful applicant will be:

knowledgeable in the field of gymnastic techniques, with a strong foundation of safety awareness
an inspirational role model for the athletes and junior coaches
confident in holistic athlete development and promoting inclusivity in all aspects of coaching
a team player with professionalism and collegiality
responsible for artistic gymnastics squad training, grading days and testing
equipped to prepare students for competitions eg.
IPSHA and IGSA
able to attend competitions club, regional, state, nationals (willingness to travel required)
involved in completing the administration and programming for recreational classes
involved in delivering artistic gymnastics physical education classes for junior and senior school students

The successful candidate will have:

Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
Working With Children Check clearance
Women's Artistic Gymnastics Intermediate Accreditation (Advanced Accreditation desirable)
Women's Artistic Gymnastics Judging Qualification (desirable)

The position is a temporary part-time position (28 hours per week), which includes weekday and weekend shifts.
