We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RPA Developer to join our team on a contract basis. You will work on designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to improve business workflows, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to identify automation opportunities and gather process requirements.
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows using industry-standard tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Ensure successful integration of RPA solutions with existing business systems.
Conduct regular reviews of processes to identify optimisation opportunities and propose enhancements.
Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation solutions to ensure ongoing performance and reliability.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of RPA workflows, configurations, and processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends and technologies to deliver innovative solutions.
Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with hands-on expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
Proficient in database management and SQL for data integration.
Solid understanding of business processes and workflows, with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote and collaborative environments.
Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer) is an advantage.
