As our Acquisition Manager, you'll be essential in sourcing and securing prime properties for development.
Working within a close-knit, dynamic team, you'll take the lead on finding new opportunities, connecting with property owners, and building relationships across the industry.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong passion for real estate and a knack for identifying valuable prospects in Brisbane's thriving market.
Key Responsibilities: Source and evaluate properties for subdivision and developmentConduct feasibility studies and due diligence to inform decisionsSubmit purchase offers directly to property owners and agentsBuild and maintain close relationships with real estate agents and stakeholdersDesign site layouts to optimize project potential and successCollaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and secure dealsWho We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in real estate and propertyAt least 3 years in acquisitions and development management, ideally in BrisbaneA passion for property development, with a drive to achieve great resultsFinancial competence to assess project feasibility confidentlyStrong problem-solving skills, persistence, and a positive attitudeSalary and commissions are negotiable based on experience and skills.
