Eyre and Far North Local Health Network, Coober PedySalary $27.93 - $28.23 per hour + 25% casual loading - WHA2Casual Contracts availableOverview We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Services Assistant to join our dedicated services team on a casual basis, providing timely, efficient, and effective service to the Port Lincoln Health Service.
Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for catering and cleaning of the unit.
Duties may include:
Preparation, service, and delivery of food to clientsGeneral housekeepingGeneral laundry dutiesRequirements All applicants must have:
Basic knowledge of safe working conditionsFood Safety StandardsCustomer service principlesInfection Control Standards including cleaning and sanitising processesBasic knowledge of computer packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.An understanding of the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act and Risk Management PrinciplesLimited experience in housekeeping, cooking/catering, and laundry is acceptable.

Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
Check(s) National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g.
aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A (direct contact with blood or body substances).
SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
