As the Assistant Venue Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the Venue Manager to ensure the seamless running of our iconic venue.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about hospitality and eager to advance their career in a fast-paced, large-scale environment.
Responsibilities:
Write and control an effective roster Ability to stock take and investigate stock loss Order and maintain par levels within the beverage department, food department, and venue consumables Train, performance manage, and motivate staff Work with and communicate effectively with all departments within the Head Office team Implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis RLMV & Approved Managers License Why Choose Us?
