Bale plays a critical role in driving the online sales and digital presence of our international website. This position involves a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at maximizing the performance and success of M.J. Bale's international e-commerce platform. The main tasks for this role include:Supporting the implementation of e-commerce strategies to enhance international online sales and customer engagement.Supporting the management of end-to-end international e-commerce operations, including website maintenance, product listings, and inventory management.Analysing international market trends and consumer behaviour to optimize the online shopping experience and drive conversion rates.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between e-commerce activities and other business functions, such as marketing, IT, and customer service.Working with the Head of Digital and Ecommerce on digital marketing initiatives and online advertising to support e-commerce objectives.Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, sales metrics, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.Implementing best practices in web usability, SEO, and user experience to enhance the overall online presence of M.J. Bale.The ideal candidate will have a solid background in e-commerce execution, a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Bale.Required skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in data analysis and interpretationKnowledge of web analytics tools and e-commerce platformsExecution capabilities for all strategic planningUnderstanding of customer behaviour and market trendsRequired experiencesPrior experience of 2-3 years in a similar roleDemonstrated success in driving online sales growth and revenue generationExperience in supporting the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategiesFamiliarity with inventory management, supply chain, and logistics processes within an e-commerce environmentExperience in utilizing data-driven insights to optimize online performance and user experience
