Salesforce Business Analyst Functional ConsultantExcellent opportunity has opened up for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst/Functional Consultant to join a leading Financial Services Company.Contract: Initially until the end of June 2025 with the view of being extended.Location: Sydney CBD Office highly preferred 3 days onsite 2 days WFH (but would consider candidates located in Melbourne).Start Date: ASAP (interviews will be the week beginning 13th Jan with the view of starting someone immediate).Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Business Analyst & Functional Consultant to join our client's dynamic team.
In this dual role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Your expertise will drive the optimisation and enhancement of the Salesforce ecosystem to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analyst Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements for Salesforce projects.Facilitate workshops to identify business needs and translate them into business cases, user stories, and functional requirements.Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in Salesforce processes and solutions.Define and document process mapping, data models, and integration requirements.Functional Consultant Responsibilities:Design and configure Salesforce solutions, in particular Financial Services Cloud, and other relevant modules.Provide functional expertise to ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.Advise stakeholders on best practices, offering recommendations to optimise Salesforce functionality and user experience.Key Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years' proven experience as both a Salesforce Business Analyst and Functional Consultant.Very strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working with Financial Services Cloud.Strong experience gathering and documenting business cases, business requirements, creating functional specifications, and process mapping.Must be available to start within a couple of days from offer stage.If interested, please apply via the link today with your updated resume in a Word document to The Recruitment Company (please note as I will be on leave for 2 weeks, the wider team will be in contact with shortlisted candidates).#J-18808-Ljbffr
