Role Responsibilities:
Create a safe, enriching learning environment that fosters independence.
Observe and document children's progress, supporting their holistic development.
Collaborate with colleagues and families to ensure each child's needs are met.
Engage in professional development to enhance your teaching skills.
Implement and support the Montessori curriculum tailored to children's developmental needs.
About You:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Teaching (or ACECQA equivalent) Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) Passion for providing a nurturing early learning experience Team player with strong communication skills Montessori training or certification is highly desirable About Us:
Located in St Lucia, The Pocket Early Education and Care Center provides a rich environment for children aged 6 weeks to school age.
Since opening in July 2020, we have created a place of support, curiosity, diversity, and fun, offering quality care for up to 148 children.
