We have 1,000 talented team members across Australia & every one of us is passionate about innovation, sustainability & quality.About the roleAs an Inventory/Pallet Controller, you will be responsible for the efficient organization of our dry pack room and off-site warehouse unit.
Your primary duties will include booking out non-produce stock from the dry pack to the factory floor, controlling the internal and external movements of CHEP equipment, and managing associated costs.
You will also be responsible for producing regular invoice and pallet reconciliation reports.A day in the lifeOrganize and manage the dry pack room and off-site warehouse unit.Book out non-produce stock from the dry pack to the factory floor.Control the internal and external movements of CHEP equipment.Monitor and manage associated costs related to inventory and pallet control.Produce and distribute regular invoice and pallet reconciliation reports.Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient inventory management.Implement best practices for inventory control and pallet management.Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory and pallet counts.Maintain accurate records of inventory and pallet movements.Grow with OHAn opportunity to advance your skills and capability working alongside industry professionals.A genuine career path for goal-oriented people.A collaborative team environment with a dynamic company in a high-growth sector.The chance to contribute to a company that is making a real difference in the lives of Australians.Our ideal candidate will possess the following:High school certificate or equivalent;Proven experience in inventory control, pallet management, or a similar role.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Proficient in using inventory management software such as MyChep website, 2IC by Microsoft Access, QAD & MFG highly regarded and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of CHEP pallet systems is a plus.What we are proud ofOne Harvest are industry leaders in the Fresh Food/ FMCG industry with more than 25 years of experience.
