We are growing and looking for Customer Service Officers to join our Robina team and this is your chance to make a meaningful impact through amazing customer support.
Join a fun-filled, future-focused, and experienced team as you take inbound calls to provide guidance, support, and encouragement in navigating digital solutions.
With system and content training, alongside ongoing support, this role is ideal for anyone looking to start a career they will love.
Key Role Details: 7 weeks of comprehensive classroom and hands-on training Screening now for 8th October start date - November intakes available too.
$27.77 p/h + Super Permanent part time roles available (30 hours min.
per week after full-time training) Permanent full-time roles available Up to $480 a month based on performance incentives Monday to Friday rotating roster of 8am - 6pm.
No weekends

Who are you?
You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers.
No call centre experience necessary but customer service skills are a must
