Supply Chain Manager

Goodman Fielder We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Manager to join our team based in Macquarie Park Sydney.
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing and optimising our supply chain initiatives.
You will take ownership for driving costs down, optimising supply chain processes, and coordinating any potential joint venture arrangements to enhance efficiency and competitive advantage.
What you will do : Analyse supply chain operations to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high quality and service levels.Lead efforts to streamline and enhance supply chain processes, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Coordinate any potential joint ventures that align with GF's strategic goals and develop and maintain collaborative relationships with partners.Provide support to GF PNG to develop in-house logistics capability.Utilise data analytics to assess supply chain performance and provide insights to the executive team.Work cross-functionally to ensure integrated supply chain strategies and seamless execution.Proactively identify supply chain risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.What you need : Minimum 10 years experience in supply chain management with proven experience in cost optimisation and process improvement.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.Prior experience successfully coordinating joint ventures and managing strategic partnerships.The ability to engage with a broad group of business stakeholders and quickly build strong working relationships.Experience with FMCG would be advantageous.What to expect from us : With sites spanning across the Australasian and Asian regions, and as an integral member of a highly driven leadership team, you can expect the opportunity to build your own home-grown career across functions, locations, and brands.
Salary Range for this role - $170,000 TRP - $180,000 TRP
