Specializing in remote and regional work, we have a strong track record of successfully delivering projects in some of the country's most challenging environments.
In addition to our construction services, we manage tenancy contracts in the West Arnhem and Tiwi regions of the Northern Territory.
Our Tenancy Management team plays a key role in supporting Territory Housing, conducting tenancy inspections, assisting with tenancy agreements, and helping community members navigate housing policies and processes.
Through regular visits and open communication, we offer critical support and guidance to tenants, ensuring they feel informed, empowered, and heard.

About the role:
The Housing Support Officer plays a crucial role in mentoring and supporting our Community Housing Officers (CHOs) , who are local Indigenous people living and working in their own communities.
The Housing Support Officer ensures that CHOs receive regular onsite training and guidance, helping them navigate all aspects of their roles effectively.
This support not only strengthens the team but also empowers the CHOs to better serve their communities, fostering positive and sustainable housing outcomes.
This role is a full-time contract opportunity based in Darwin, with travel to remote communities weekly.
Responsibilities:
Assisting CHOs with filling out forms and completing documents Building CHO confidence through mentoring and support during daily duties Training on internal systems & processes such as timesheets, SharePoint, Tenancy Management System (TMS), vehicle checks Troubleshooting IT issues and assisting with basic IT support Accurately recording internal data/information on a variety of platforms; Excel, TMS, SharePoint Ensuring regular communication with stakeholders including NT Gov Other ad hoc duties as required Other duties include:
Attending staff training and meetings as required Traveling to remote Aboriginal communities as per travel schedule Providing cover to sites when CHOs are on leave Participating in six-monthly and ongoing performance reviews and professional development planning Other administration as directed by your manager About you:
To be successful in the role, you will need:
Experience living or working in Aboriginal Communities Valid Ochre Card prior to commencement Ability to travel via light aircraft Ability to pass a police check (some history may not affect employment opportunities) Must be willing to undergo pre-employment medical As one of the largest private-sector employers of Indigenous personnel, we are deeply committed to providing real, lasting outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Australia.
