As the key point of contact for managing domestic and export logistics services, you'll oversee stock management and ensure smooth execution of outturns for both markets.
Your efforts will directly contribute to maximizing supply chain efficiencies, preserving inventory value, and meeting client expectations.Please note: Some out-of-hours work may be required due to the nature of the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesEfficiently update stock info within the same business day to ensure seamless execution for domestic and export agreementsDevelop and refine logistics processes for improved stock holding, positioning, and outturn managementCreate and communicate transport plans to clients, ensuring all needs are metProactively address client requests, always ensuring timely and positive responsesKeep clients informed on stock availability and key issues, providing them with real-time updatesAttend client meetings to maintain strong relationships and understand client needsDevelop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and assess logistics performance, ensuring alignment with operational goals; regularly monitor, analyse and adjust plans to drive continuous improvement and optimise efficiencyWho We're Looking ForWe're looking for a motivated individual with a strong logistics background who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

You're proactive, solutions-focused, and have a keen eye for detail to ensure the smooth operation of logistics processes.What We're Looking ForA Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics or 2-3 years of relevant experiencePrevious experience in domestic logistics, with knowledge of the grain industryA solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility and SHE legislationProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing roleAbout ViterraAt Viterra, we're connecting Australian growers with global consumers through our innovative, fully integrated agriculture network.
