With an unwavering focus on system health, performance and maintenance, our Managed Security Services team brings together a high level of expertise and professionalism while delivering and responding to critical incidents and service requests.

Day to Day responsibilities
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and services requests for infrastructure and other related technologies (network, network security, etc.)
Maintain system health and performance through proactive maintenance and patching activities across infrastructure Perform configuration and administration of infrastructure Contribute to processes and review their application to ensure that controls, policies, and procedures are operating effectively Follow and enforce ITIL aligned incident, request fulfilment, problem and change management process for changes required on customer's network About you
ITIL Foundation qualifications and suitable vendor certifications preferred Experience working within an IT Services Provider or Mid-Large corporate enterprise environments Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to leverage O / S, Compute, Storage, Virtualisation, Backup and Application knowledge, along with a broad array of tools, to solve complex problems Experience as a Microsoft Wintel Systems Engineer Experience in managing and upgrading Windows Server Services, ie Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, M365, DNS, DHCP, File / Print, etc.
Experience in building and deploying Microsoft systems in a virtualised environment.
Experience in managing and maintaining Microsoft Server O / S, O / S Patching, application patching via MECM and WSUS Experience in managing and upgrading Hyper-Converged systems, ie Cisco UCS / HyperFlex and NetApp HCI Experience in managing and maintaining NetApp Data storage systems Experience in managing and upgrading VMWare virtualisation systems Experience in managing and upgrading Enterprise Backup systems, eg Veeam Experience with developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts Nice to haves
Experience with Linux administration of RHEL, RHEL derivatives and / or Ubuntu / Debian Experience with Automation platforms such as Puppet, Ansible and / or Terraform Experience with Application allow listing platforms such as Airlock and / or AppLocker Experience with Email Security platforms such as Exchange Online Protection, Mimecast Experience with Storage administration from Netapp and / or Dell / EMC How you will make an impact
