Your role will include:
Leading design teams on major Roads / Linear Infrastructure projectsBringing diverse groups of people together to deliver seamlesslyCreating a thriving, collaborative and a high-performance culture within project teamsBuilding strong trust-based relationships with delivery partners and clientsManaging the interface between disciplines through all stages of deliveryLiaising with construction contractors, government agencies, and stakeholdersConcise communication with project governance groupsInput into the pursuit of future opportunities in the marketWhat are we looking for from you?You'll have a genuine passion for re-imagining problems and continuous learning to help shape the future.

As well as experience as a Design Manager on major Roads projects, you will bring:
