This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
If you have a passion for working with plants, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow in the horticultural industry, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities Assist with garden maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, and mulching.Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.Benefits Competitive salary based on your ability to create amazing gardens.Monday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finish.Opportunity to showcase your skills in a collaborative team environment.Clear career path with growth opportunities.Work with the best knowledge and resources available in the industry.About You Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.Valid Drivers LicenceWhite CardNational Police Check, or willingness to obtain.Ongoing safety training programs and resources available.Our Team & Culture Discover Green by Nature, our purpose is to enhance lives by constructing, nurturing, and maintaining exceptional green spaces.
