We are currently seeking an experienced Principal Structural Engineer to join our team based in Perth on a full-time basis.
Quattro Project Engineering is a successful and innovative WA-based Engineering and Construction Services Company servicing the Resources and Civil Sectors for over 10 years.
Quattro has consulted and contracted with a diverse range of clients including international mining houses, mid-tier miners, government entities, and developers and has delivered a multitude of projects from pre-feasibility through to construction and commissioning.

The Role Technical Lead Structural on various projects Engineering Design calculations / Analysis / Checks and Reviews Provide technical direction and mentoring to the Structural / Civil Team from concept through to detailed engineering Design Developing efficient structural engineering designs and overseeing the design documentation.
Involvement in business development activities, including bids and client interactions.
Proficient with Analysing structural systems using the latest software Client coordination including meeting our clients' expectations and project objectives.
Technical Reports Preparation of Tender Submissions Project Management for the delivery of consulting projects Team Management and Review Software and System Implementation Structural Engineering Audits and System Improvements Commercial and Monthly project reporting if required Site inspections within Australia as required About You Bachelor or Masters Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering Australian recognised Structural/Civil Engineering degree that satisfies the entry requirements for Chartered membership with Engineers Australia Minimum 15 years of previous experience working within an engineering consultant environment or in equipment, piping, process and/or mining-related design.
Excellent communication skills when working with cross-function teams.
Proven time management and project coordination skills High level of attention to detail and documentation writing Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and develop solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations Access to local industry knowledge and contacts Proven ability to manage deadlines over multiple projects Ability and willingness to undertake travel as required to meet Project needs Remuneration and Benefits Flexible working arrangements Supportive management and environment Close to public transport including train and buses Discounted health insurance and health services Employee Assistance Program Paid membership with Engineers Australia #J-18808-Ljbffr
