Your role will involve consistent client support on projects and occasional short-term assignments.

Whether you're available now or in a few months, let's have a conversation about how we can make it work for you.Responsibilities could include:Assisting with stakeholder consultations: question development, synthesising feedback, developing and analysing surveysDocument reviews, literature scansProject support: summarising meeting actions and tracking progress/issues, producing status reportsDocument reviews, discovery, assessmentsResearch: synthesising complex information from client documents, desktop research to support the preparation of advices, reports, or presentationsWriting client documents: drafting reports, training programs, policies, proceduresYou will need:Ability to manage competing priorities with focusHave worked within the government, in an office or corporate environmentHigh level data analysis and complex information synthesising skillsStrong verbal, written, and visual presentation skillsCoordination skills to help keep project tasks on trackThe Proximity DifferenceWe're looking for people who live our values – people who are:Tenacious: A can-do attitude, results-driven and dedicated to delivery.Client-first: Relationships matter.
