We are committed to driving the ACT's digital agenda and leading the strategic direction for ICT across the government.Position Overview: Under general and/or limited direction, this position is responsible for the leadership and management of ICT daily support, configuration and maintenance of ICT Systems (including CRM platforms), while providing trusted technical advice. Serving the Community Services Directorate (CSD) within a business partner model, the role is expected to liaise, negotiate and coordinate with users, customers, vendors, and key stakeholders on a range of different information technology problems and services offered by the Digital Data and Technology Solutions Group. The role ensures strategic alignment to the Directorate, DDTS and ACT Government initiatives. A person within this role would be expected to set work priority, develop work procedures and practices, while delivering to agreed Service Level Objectives.
