Food Court Assistant at Costco Marsden Park
Job Duties/Essential Functions Cleans and sanitises the workstationsSweeps, mops, sprays, washes, applies cleaning agents, wipes, and operates pressure washerCleans and re-fills mop bucket.
Cleans mop headFollows general safety and sanitation procedures and standardsDismantles equipment.
Washes, rinses, and sanitises removable partsWipes down stationary partsWashes containers and utensilsRe-stocks supplies and industrial-sized containers of ingredientsCollects cardboard and trash, operates trash compactor and cardboard balerTakes laundry to service pick up areaLogs sanitation procedures performed on daily report and complies with health codesFollows proper general safety and security procedures and standards.
Reads labels for proper use and precautions of cleaning productsFollows Standard Sanitation Operating Procedure (SSOP) guidelines as it refers to proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position.Completes and complies with 11 Commandments of Quality Assurance, Food Safety Certification, and all safety training required by warehouseFollows department production procedures and standards for quality and consistency of finished productAssists in other areas and departments of the warehouse as necessaryProvides prompt and courteous customer service to drivers, members, employees, and suppliersOperates cash registersOperates Forklifts (preferable)Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery Pizza oven, steam table, yoghurt and smoothie machine, dough press, scale, cash register, phone, wheeled rack, trash compactor, baler, dishwasher, fire extinguisher, deep fryers, hot holders and proofer.Job Ref: AU2809W.000261
