Physiotherapist | Perth Metro | Aged Care CommunityPhysiotherapist Opportunity with a Leading Aged Care ProviderWe are currently partnering with a prominent Aged Care organisation to recruit a qualified Physiotherapist for their Home Care division.
This is an exciting role that offers the opportunity to be involved in a service redesign at their centre-based activities and work within a multidisciplinary team, extending care to clients in their homes.

About the Role:Position: Full-time, PermanentHours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities: Participate in the planning, development, and delivery of group-based activities at the Day Therapy Centre (DTC)Conduct clinical assessments and provide individualised physiotherapy treatment for clients living independently at home or at the therapy centreDeliver client-centred wellness and reablement programmes with goal-directed care plansReport to the Allied Health Team Leader and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of life for customersMinimum Requirements: Tertiary qualification in PhysiotherapyCurrent registration with AHPRAMinimum 2 years experience, ideally working with the older populationExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical information systemsStrong clinical report writing skillsEffective caseload and time managementCurrent driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (as the role involves travel between work sites and clients' homes)Current Police Clearance or willingness to obtain oneWillingness to obtain required vaccinations (3 x COVID-19 vaccinations and annual flu vaccination)Benefits: Salary Packaging up to £15,899 per annum for living expenses and £2,650 for meals and entertainmentDiscounts and benefits on banking, insurance, and retailA rewarding career in a supportive cultureAccess to professional development and training opportunitiesSponsorship available for candidates who are currently sponsored and require nominationFor more information about Danielle Richards and why you should choose her as your trusted Recruitment Consultant and Allied Health expert, check out her LinkedIn profile: www.linkedin.com/in/danielle-richards-069a55225/
