We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Glencore Technology on a 24-month fixed term contract. The role will be part of our Strategy & Innovation department, helping to maintain and improve our current systems and business processes. This role is ideal for someone who excels at driving and facilitating change by building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for: Coordination of Power Platform Applications and the support documentation and procedures Continuous improvement of key business systems and processes Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and engage intercompany IT stakeholders to adhere to global governance and processes. Facilitate and coordinate change management activities, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption of new systems Review, test and implement new product features and releases on existing platforms Develop and deliver training and maintain training artefacts Manage annual licence agreements, service support contracts and inputs to the annual IT budget Build upon and manage stakeholder relationships with third party consultants for the maintenance and implementation of systems Use root cause analysis to evaluate functional and technical user issues Develop comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with user requirements and project deliverables Where appropriate assist the business in the rollout of future systems To be successful in this role, you will have: Tertiary degree or industry certified qualification in one of the following subject areas/ related fields: Information Systems and Technology, Computer Science, Data Analysis, Business, Microsoft Power Platform qualifications +5 years of relevant experience in systems support and analysis Strong change management skills and the ability to facilitate outcomes by working effectively with groups.
