About Us Abergeldie is a locally owned contractor with 30 years of industry experience in Australia and New Zealand.
We design and deliver projects across the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy, and Remediation sectors.
Our diverse portfolio includes dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, marine works, and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.

From day one, you'll gain hands-on experience working across diverse projects alongside experienced professionals eager to share their knowledge.
Whether it's building bridges, upgrading water treatment plants, or developing cutting-edge transport solutions, you'll be contributing to impactful work that shapes communities.
You'll also be supported every step of the way through the 2-year program.

What You'll Bring to the Team
We're looking for ambitious Graduates who are eager to learn and grow.
You'll bring:
A degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (recent or 2024 Graduates are encouraged to apply).
A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a keen interest in learning from industry experts.
A White Card (General Construction Induction Card) and a valid C Class Australian driver's license.
Previous exposure within Civil Construction is considered desirable, but not essential.
