Their client base is made up of various industries ranging in turnover anywhere between $5 – $20 million.

In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team, all of whom are heavily invested in your professional development.

They operate in a paperless environment and use Xero as their practice software.
The ideal candidate will be confident with Xero.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, and your role will include liaising with clients regarding bookkeeping, payroll, and super queries, reviewing the work of 2 offshore bookkeepers and helping to train them, as well as payroll & AP/AR processing.
They are looking for a solution-oriented person, someone who can manage the bookkeeping function from both a technical and client perspective.

The Partners are happy to offer WFH flexibility (1 day of your choosing) and are open to tailoring work hours and start/finish times.

Responsibilities: Full functional bookkeeping and payroll using Xero Preparation, review, and lodgement of BAS & IAS Liaising with clients over phone, email, and face-to-face Reviewing work produced by junior and offshore staff and providing feedback and training as required Quarterly Superannuation payment processing Minimum Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess:
3+ years bookkeeping experience (including payroll) Experience in an accounting or bookkeeping firm servicing clients Experience reviewing the work of juniors Strong practical experience with Xero Strong organisational and time-management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
