Residential Construction Supervisor - Brisbane/Bayside Region & surrounding areas Company vehicle, phone, laptop & tablet provided Avia Homes is a young dynamic team seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor with a positive can-do attitude on a full-time ongoing basis.
As a Construction Supervisor, you will report directly to the Construction Manager and be expected to perform the following tasks:
Build quality homes in accordance with plans, specifications, and company construction policies and procedures within contracted timeframes.
Day-to-day scheduling, management, and coordination of trades on site, suppliers & deliveries, completion of paperwork, and other admin tasks.
Ensure correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Maintain site safety and cleanliness.
Ensure work is completed to a satisfactory standard.
Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations.
Attend monthly construction meetings.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
QBCC Building Supervisors licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card).
Trade/Construction background.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who:
Has strong leadership & motivational skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams of sub-contractors.
Can ensure that jobs are scheduled effectively and managed within budget and time specifications.
Has exceptional attention to detail and quality.
Shows confidence and ability in dealing with a diverse range of people.
Can manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
Possesses good communication skills, including oral and written communication.
Has a passion for producing high-quality work.
