Play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our HRIS – SuccessFactors as a Systems Analyst. Handle day-to-day system support, including administration, troubleshooting, and ensure data integrity. Contribute to system improvement projects and provide valuable data analytics and insights to bolster Macmahon's people frameworks and initiatives.About the roleProvide timely troubleshooting and solutions for HR systems.Oversee configurations, data integrity, and upgrades, ensuring smooth business operations through testing, documentation, and communication.Work closely with the IT team to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.Ensure data consistency across all HR systems and manage mass changes/bulk uploads.About you2-3 years of experience with modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Onboarding, Compensation, Variable Pay, Succession Planning, Reporting, and Learning & Development.Expertise in configuring and supporting SuccessFactors and understanding of its functionalities.Experience in data governance and security best practices within HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.A learning mindset, staying updated on the latest SuccessFactors features, updates, and industry best practices to drive system optimisation.Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting.Employee benefits'Refer-A-Friend' program, earn up to $8K per successfully placed referral.Free parking.Incredible staff gym, fitness classes, personal trainers onsite.Dedicated lifestyle, financial and mental health support.Salary sacrifice options for flights, vehicles, airport parking and so much more.Access to a wide range of employee discounts with Macmahon retail, vehicle, insurance, and banking partners.Ongoing career development opportunities to "Challenge.
