Club Charlestown is looking for experienced wait staff to join our team
The positions are based across our 2 venues - Club Charlestown and Club Lambton.

To be considered for a position with us: Due to the nature of the role, you must be 18 years + to applyYou must have a current NSW RSA competency cardDemonstrated experience in a customer service roleCoffee making skills are a bonus (but not required)Be willing to work a variety of shift times including early mornings, days, nights and weekendsBe able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per weekHave an outgoing, positive attitude and be able to work well as part of a team or independently as requiredHave full Australian working rightsThe Role: As part of the day to day, you will be expected to:
Set up the bistro including setting tables, setting up the bar area, organising the daily bookings, polishing cutlery and preparing the cake display.Run the service by taking food orders, cash handling, reading dockets and passing meals over, communicating with chefs, assisting in running functions and catering, function room set up and making alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (including coffees).Close out the service by packing down the service area including the dining room spaces, the function rooms and the bar area, assist in general cleaning, reconcile the till and pack down the coffee machine.Perks of the role: Shifts are available at all times of dayFree parking available onsite at all timesAlmost always finished before 9:30pmRoom to grow within the business for the right personIf this sounds like you, please do not hesitate in sending through your resume.
