The RoleThe Demand Planner will play a central role in supporting the Demand Planning process for Krispy Kreme.
This role will be responsible for the development and improvement of processes, tools, reports and provide data analytics to support Krispy Kreme's supply chain and manufacturing strategic initiatives for our omni-channel business.

In this sweet role you will:
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors.Communicate clearly and timely with stakeholders.Utilize market insights, historical sales trends, consumption trends, and channel-specific promotional activities to develop and refine demand forecasts based on market conditions.Ensure the demand planning system (Reflex) and other relevant tools are up-to-date and accurately reflect the current agreed demand plan across all horizons, ensuring that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.Collaborate with multifunctional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.)
to accommodate any demand-related requests.Coordinate demand planning matters to support projects that drive growth objectives, cost reductions, operational efficiency improvements, and reduce business waste.Build reports and business reporting tools using Power Query and Power BI.Stay grounded and true to yourself.

Strong analytical and learning skills and desire to learn new skills.Proficiency in data manipulation and transformation skills using Power Query and Power BI.Multitasking skills, ability to handle rapidly changing priorities effectively, especially under pressure environment.Strong creativity, able to build and deliver business tools when required.Demonstrated ability to work productively and effectively as part of a team.Ability to effectively communicate and present information to different groups.A commitment to working with a culturally diverse workforce and integrity and a commitment to ethical operations.Confidence, passion and enthusiasm about the customer experience and the Krispy Kreme Brand.Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in business or related field (Supply Chain or Finance) or equivalent training and experience required.2-3 years' experience working in a combination of demand planning and sales operation is required.Experience in data analysis and transformation using Excel and Power BI.Solid knowledge of demand planning fundamentals.Understanding of P&L with an ability to derive messaging based on data.#J-18808-Ljbffr
