We're looking for a Sales Team Lead to drive new sales growth and lead a high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to exceed sales targets while fostering a positive, results-driven culture. You will work closely with the team to set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and ensure alignment with overall sales strategies.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, a passion for coaching, and a strong ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve success in a competitive sales environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide team members on sales strategies, negotiation, and relationship-building. Identify strengths and create tailored development plans for continuous growth.Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of high-priority opportunities and effective forecasting.Commercial Escalations: Manage escalations with a focus on commercial impact, resolving issues to align with organizational objectives.Data & Insights Collaboration: Work with Revenue Operations to provide data-driven insights on opportunities, sales impact, and lead progression.Sales Coaching & Strategy: Provide ongoing coaching on sales techniques and closing strategies, empowering the team to continuously improve.Marketing & Lead Generation: Collaborate with Marketing on SQLs and lead strategies to ensure the generation of high-quality opportunities.Tender Management: Assist with tender preparation, ensuring proposals are competitive, aligned with client needs, and compliant with deadlines.Pricing Strategy Development: Contribute to pricing model optimization, analyzing market trends and customer needs to enhance profitability and competitiveness.RequirementsAt least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably within the SaaS or tech sector.Experience leading or managing a sales team, including coaching, mentoring, and driving performance improvements.Previous experience with CRM systems: HubSpot/Salesforce or equivalent.Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.Ability to analyse sales data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies based on insights to drive business growth.What's on offerHybrid work arrangement with an office based in central part of Brisbane.A vibrant, supportive and team-oriented culture, with regular team activities and social events.A focus on professional development, with internal and external training and a personal $2000 professional development budget each year.Opportunities for career advancement, we nurture our talent and provide career pathways across the business.Access for you and your family to an Employee Assistance Program and resources.Cashback offers and discounts on popular brands through our Swag app.How to applyPlease submit an up-to-date resume outlining your suitability for the role.
