AHPRA (unrestricted) Registered Nurse Experience in using aged care software solutions A passion for elder care and be a strong advocate for providing customer focused clinical careAbility to work a rotating roster Outstanding interpersonal and communication skillsWell developed skills in group facilitation as well as working one-on-oneFull work rights within Australia****Sponsorship opportunities are available for suitable applicants (Conditions apply) About the role: As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for:
Providing comprehensive evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care teamPerforming comprehensive nursing assessments develop and implement plans of care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care team and evaluate the progress of patient care outcomesExercising sound clinical judgement, critical thinking and ethical decision making processes in the delivery and evaluation of careEnsuring clients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgroundsMaintaining professional skills and knowledge of self and others through participation in continuing education and performance appraisal and developmentProvide guidance and direction to a team of carers and maintain best practice at all times.What we can offer you: A professional work environment in an organisation that genuinely cares, values dedication and performance.
