YOUR NEW ROLE
In this key pivotal role, reporting to the CEO, as the only lawyer in the NEW CLIENT SERVICES team (4), you will enjoy the stimulating variety, people interaction (phone and in person), and fulfilment :
Responding to new client enquiries relating to all areas of law (e.g., personal injury, commercial, property, estates, family, criminal); Assessing the viability of the enquiries, providing initial legal advice, obtaining instructions, and determining next steps (including execution of costs agreement and referral to the relevant solicitor who will handle their case); Checking in with new/existing clients to ensure high client satisfaction.
You will undertake your role both at the office and occasionally at the firm's various legal centres throughout Sydney.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are an admitted lawyer in NSW with a minimum of 3+ years post-qualification experience in personal injury law (preferable but not essential) AND 2 or more of the following: 1) commercial law; 2) property law; 3) family law; 4) wills/estates; 5) criminal law; 6) commercial litigation; Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; Are client-service centric ; Are passionate about helping people, empathetic, and professional; Have a proven ability to exercise good judgement and resolve problems expeditiously; Are hungry for a long-term successful career with a market-leading law firm.
