About the role
As a Dental Concierge / Treatment Coordinator at ISmile Studio', you will be the warm, welcoming face and voice of our dental practice.
In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional patient experience and supporting the successful implementation of treatment plans.
Based in our Balwyn, VIC 3103 practice, you will be the go-to person for all patient inquiries and administrative needs.
What you'll be doing
Greeting patients warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive
Providing exceptional customer service by onboarding patients and attending to their enquiry promptly
Assisting with the coordination of patient treatments, including explaining procedures, scheduling appointments, and following up on any outstanding items
Maintaining accurate patient records and data in our practice management system
Supporting the dental team and liaising with specialists and laboratories
Promoting our range of dental services and treatments to encourage patient engagement and loyalty
What we're looking for
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with people from all walks of life
Previous experience in a similar patient-facing or administrative role within the healthcare or dental industry
Previous experience in customer care and /or sales
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to juggle various patient enquiries and administrative tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide clear and professional information to patients
Proficient in using practice management software and other standard office technologies
A genuine interest in dentistry and a desire to contribute to the overall patient experience
