About the roleAs a Senior Associate in our Marketing & Communications team, you'll work closely with the Growth Marketing Director, local and global marketing colleagues, and the ANZ leadership team.
You'll play a crucial role in supporting business growth and strengthening JLL's market positioning through strategic marketing campaigns.
What you'll be responsible forIncrease performance of campaigns by proactively finding opportunities and tactics to improve processes, experiences, and results.Marketing analytics and reporting.Collect, analyze, and report on metrics to determine the success of marketing efforts and return on investment.Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals, including awareness, engagement, and leads.Skills you'll needWorks with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals.Creativity: Generates multiple innovative/new/novel ideas to solve a problem.Flexibility: Copes with changes and ambiguity in varying circumstances and can adapt behaviour effectively.Meet the teamWe support the delivery of workplace projects and activities, including coordination, planning, & delivery for construction, facilities management, communications, people & culture and technology workstreams as a subject matter expert.
