We are seeking factual investigator contractors experienced in CTP & Workers Compensation claims to come on board

Procare's Factual Investigation Division is seeking multiple Circumstance Investigators experienced in Workers Compensation and/or General Insurance investigations to join our team in Tasmania

As a Circumstance Investigator, your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day
You will be required to attend various locations, predominantly within Hobart and surrounding areas with a proportion of work across wider Tasmania as required.

The Role:
Attend various locations, predominantly within Hobart and a proportion of work across TAS; Interview appropriate key parties, taking statements and collating relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner; Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; Prepare and draft factual reports.
About You:
Hold a Certificate III in Investigations; Have a current and valid Investigators Licence; Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle; Experience conducting Workers Compensation, CTP or GI investigations is highly desirable; Have excellent written and verbal skills; Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally; Are self-motivated and able to work within strict time frames; If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd/Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
