NES Fircroft has partnered with a Gladstone Hydrogen Systems team who are at the forefront of renewable energy innovation, developing cutting-edge hydrogen products and technologies. They're seeking a Production Coordinator to lead operations at their world-class hydrogen production facility.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the operations team, fostering a safety and improvement-focused culture.Oversee daily plant operations, monitor equipment and production metrics, and manage shift staffing.Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to plan and execute maintenance activities.Drive operational readiness, including commissioning activities, procedure development, and team training.Ensure compliance with safety and operational systems, including acting as an authorising officer.What They're Looking For: Relevant technical qualifications or industry experience (trade qualification and Cert IV in Process Plant Technology preferred).Proven leadership in chemical, gas, or minerals processing environments, with a strong understanding of industrial operations and safety.Experience in control room operations and working in hazardous facilities is highly valued.Exceptional communication, troubleshooting, and data analysis skills.Offering: 6 Month contractRotating rosterCompetitive day ratePotential for extension or transition to permanent
