A rare and exciting opportunity has therefore arisen to appoint a Corporate Development Associate, to contribute to bringing the company's strategic growth initiatives to life and help build the Corporate Development team. This highly visible role will provide the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders across the organisation, including directly with the executive leadership team.The roleReporting to the Manager of Corporate Development, you will be accountable for identifying, evaluating, recommending and executing proposed organic and inorganic opportunities including acquisitions, investments and other business propositions, from early stage analysis though to successful integration. You will be required to participate in all research and technical activities required to support the organisation's M&A activities, as well as the preparation of impactful business cases.Desired Skills and ExperienceEnough about us, let talk about youYou are:A hands-on Corporate Development or Strategy specialistPossessing strong commercial acumenProven track record of successful strategy development and/or of executing strategic initiatives within competitive and entrepreneurial environment.Suitably qualifiedAdvanced Excel modelling skillsExcellent project and stakeholder management skills.Be a Senior Analyst, Associate or Manager at a Big 4 or Corporate Advisory Firm3 to 5 years of direct experience in M&A, Transaction Support or Corporate Valuation and seeking your first move from advisory.This is a fast paced role in a dynamic environment with no two days being the same, however you will be working in a great team with a rewarding, supportive and collaborative culture.
