Our approach is to always understand the environment we need to operate in, that's why we have trained professionals operating within each state, who can combine their skills with their local knowledge, to provide innovative solutions catered to a customer's specific needs.Position OverviewWe're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Security Manager with proven experience in the commercial space. The successful candidate will have the drive and willingness to work in a fast-paced and complex environment.Reporting to the Account Manager, The Corporate Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility. This role involves coordinating security personnel, implementing security protocols, ensuring the safety and security of the premises, assets and driving a highly Customer Service Centric culture.Duties include:Oversee daily operations of the precinct to ensure efficiency and productivity.High Standards of Customer Service.Develop and implement policies and procedures.Manage and lead a team of employees, including rostering, training, and performance management.Foster a positive work environment and culture.Ensure that all staff adhere to policies and procedures.Conduct regular security audits and inspections.Implement corrective actions to address any issues or non-compliance.Oversee Contractor Management.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, tenants and stakeholders.Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Prepare and present regular reports on site performance, including operational and safety metrics.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Contribute to the development of the site's strategic goals and objectives.Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Skills and experienceA minimum of 5+ years' experience in the Corporate/Commercial Industry as a Security Manager.Management Experience highly preferred.Fully qualified and Licensed for Security Operations in Victoria.Current National Police Check.Experience in management of a team in a highly regulated environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to multitask.A demonstrated commitment to internal and external service standards.A high level of accuracy and the ability to work well under pressure.An adaptable and flexible nature.Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Benefits and perksCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic team.Professional development and career growth opportunities.LocationThe position is located in Melbourne, VIC.Application QuestionsYour application will include the following questions:How many years of people management experience do you have?How many years' experience do you have as a Security Manager?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Client Delivery Manager?Do you have customer service experience?Do you hold a current security licence?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?
