Join our Occupational Therapy Team at the Mental Health Division Be Inspired: Contribute to occupational therapy research & innovation and participate in evidence-based communities of practice - sensory modulation, group work and othersBe a Change Maker: Transform the way we support people who access mental health services.Be the Best You: Enhance your expertise alongside dedicated occupational therapy educators and leaders; with tailored professional development and a well-established early career program.Be Looked After: Participate in quality supervision, team-based mentoring and benefit from dedicated wellbeing and self-care initiatives.About the role: Employment Status: Fixed term, Part-time Maternity Leave backfillAppointment Available: up to 12 months from 27th January 2025Occupational Therapists are provided with: Regular supervision & support alongside education and training calendars, seminars all delivered by clinical expertsIndividually learning and career pathway opportunitiesLocal occupational therapy monthly meetings plus the opportunity to attend occupational therapy-led Communities of PracticeStrong focus on self-care & wellbeingA regular day will see you: Contribute to the development of education, professional development and training programs for Occupational Therapists inclusive of graduate and early career Occupational TherapistsDevelop resources that support the education and training element of the workforceDesign, develop and implement a robust student clinical placement programEnsure appropriate, contemporary learning & development strategies are implemented.Support wellbeing and resilience of the occupational therapy workforce through supervision, peer reflection & other support frameworks.About you: As the Clinical Educator Occupational Therapy, you will have excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care. You'll bring energy and drive to your work with a keen interest in developing your own skillset as well as the confidence and competencies of others.
