As a leader in our boutique, you are responsible for building and driving a customer-led culture through leading by example and delivering excellent service standards.
This role, working full-time Tuesday-Saturday, will have you inspire and mentor your team to reach set KPIs and sales targets – celebrate the wins and encourage the team to be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy.To achieve the above, you: Are a passionate brand ambassador for Elka CollectiveClosely monitor store sales performance – acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of improvementOversee store operations including stock room management and immaculate store presentation (visual merchandising)Drive and excel in providing an amazing customer experience in store through seasonal eventsDevelop & maintain relationships with VIPsTake a proactive approach in loss prevention management (i.e., stock shrinkage control)Effectively manage the wage costs in store and roster for successRecruit, select and train team members who embody the Elka Collective valuesDemonstrate a duty of care by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work (adhere to state and national OH&S legislation).You bring to the team: Previous Store Management experience in a Boutique environment with experience in training, coaching and mentoring team membersA passion for creating a memorable service experience for our customersA high attention to detail, time management and excellent organisation skillsA proven record of driving and exceeding KPIs, efficient stock control and exceptional visual merchandisingExperience effectively managing rosters and wage controlA commitment to continuous improvement and learningConfidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels.Just some of the benefits of joining Elka Collective: New starter wardrobeGenerous quarterly wardrobe allowance to encourage you to wear our brand to workTraining and development – we want you to grow and get the most out of your roleMonthly bonus incentive (rewards based on KPI achievement)Employee Assistance Program with free access to Mental Health Professionals for when times are toughFree flu vaccinesGenerous discounts for you and your family across Brand Collective's stable of brands (up to 50% off Superdry, Hush Puppies, Clarks, Julius Marlow, Elka Collective and many more
