Your future in food starts here | Finance Business Partner – Commercial THE OPPORTUNITY Location: This role can be performed from: | Lance Creek VIC, Kyneton VIC or Birtinya, Sunshine Coast, QLD Working within our Finance, Planning and Analysis Team (FP&A) you will Partner with the Sales and Livestock teams to drive business performance by ensuring timely accurate reporting and analysis, providing commercial modelling and analysis to shape/influence operational and strategic decisions and effective financial stewardship.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will: Lead and contribute to the delivery of business and financial objectives through proactive involvement in day-to-day operations.Effectively partner to shape commercial business decisions and strategy development.Lead the delivery of key planning processes (forecast, budget, strategic plan) including clear Analysis of Change (AOC) for business unit.Development of business modelling (including scenario analysis) to improve decision making.Drive profitable growth through clear analysis and insight generation which is shared with the business.Partner in the delivery of month end with a focus on sales and livestock performance.Partner across FP&A and the wider Finance and business teams to standardise reporting and analytics practices and to develop improved business reporting.Partner in other strategic and business initiatives as required.Build the finance capabilities of cross-functional partners.TO BE SUCCESSFUL You will bring with you: Effective communication skills to influence and drive outcomes.Ability to develop & maintain collaborative relationships across business.The skill of distilling complex financial information into actionable insights.Demonstrated ability in managing change within an organisation.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively where necessary.Financial analysis & modelling.Commercial acumen.You will also be: CA/CPA Qualified (or equivalent)5+ years' experience in Commercial Finance/Business Partnering roleAgri-business / FMCG experience preferableBENEFITS Full Time employmentAccess to discounted premium meatAn organisation where cultural diversity is celebratedAccess to discounted health insuranceThis is a long-term career opportunity, working for an enterprise business with Corporate Offices on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
