MTX APAC is seeking a motivated Technical Architect to join our growing team.
MTX APAC is a global cloud technology consulting firm that enables organisations to modernise through digital transformation.

We are a Salesforce Summit partner with specialist expertise in Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Tableau, Mulesoft, Marketing Cloud, etc.

Minimum Requirements:Minimum 5 years' experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projectsExcellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when onlineMinimum Salesforce Certifications:AdministratorExperience Cloud ConsultantPublic Sector SolutionsResponsibilities:Lead Salesforce architecture and technical team; design, create and enhance application architecture and assist the client to shape their architectural vision and roadmap plan.Design and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team.Create POCs for the client to help them understand the proposed solution and also drive the solution meetings with Customers.Understand the User Stories and provide accurate work load estimates.Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organisation.Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps.Apply a structured business/solution architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the enterprise.Capture the tactical and strategic enterprise goals that provide traceability through the organisation and are mapped to metrics that provide ongoing governance.Describe the primary business functions of the enterprise and distinguish between customer-facing, supplier-related, business execution and business management functions.Define the set of strategic, core and support processes that transcend functional and organisational boundaries; identify and describe external entities such as customers, suppliers, and external systems that interact with the business; and describe which people, resources and controls are involved in the processes.Define the data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between those data.Capture the relationships among roles, capabilities and business units, the decomposition of those business units into subunits, and the internal or external management of those units.What you will bring:A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance.The ability to recognize structural issues within the organisation, functional interdependencies and cross-silo redundancies.The ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions.The ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and drawings, and articulate their collective relevance to the organisation and to high-priority business issues.Experience using model-based representations that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business.The ability to visualise and create high-level models that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature the business architecture.Extensive experience planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives.Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organisation; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualisations.The ability to act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT and data constraints to the business; applies equal conveyance regarding business strategy and IT strategy, business processes and workflow automation, business initiatives and IT initiatives, and benefit realisation and service delivery.Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organisation with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities.What we offer:Flexibility of remote work, enabling you to operate from the sanctuary of your home.Exclusive corporate discounts for Gold Standard Health Insurance provided by our trusted Health Partner.Benefit from our Employee Assistance Program.Invest in your growth with paid training and development opportunities, including online courses and certifications.Engage in monthly All Hands company meetings featuring open discussions with our Leadership Team, encouraging transparency and collaboration.Thrive in a fast-paced setting alongside seasoned industry leaders, seizing opportunities for professional advancement.MTX is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
