Facilities Coordinator

Multi-state presence, market leading contractorFyshwick office location with some site visitsAGSVA requiredSupporting the Operations Manager, you will deliver technical maintenance and assist in achieving client and commercial outcomes and initiatives.
Facilities management delivery includes:
Building Fabric and StructureElectrical, Mechanical, Plant and EquipmentHydraulic and Fire ServicesBuilding and Grounds MaintenanceRESPONSIBILITIES Manage cost expenditure for operations in allocated sites for both scheduled and reactive maintenance worksMonitor daily work delivery and asset management activitiesEscalate service deficiencies to the Contract/Operations ManagerInduct, monitor and control of subcontractorsConduct audits for quality and compliance of worksUndertake quality/property inspection audits while at sites and feedbackReview and approve quotes, invoices and purchase ordersEnsure compliance with OH&S, Environment, and Risk Management policiesManage contractor performance and client escalationsAssist in developing and maintaining property Maintenance PlansABOUT YOU Previous experience in an Administration or similar roleProficient in Microsoft Office suiteCommunication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholdersAbility to work independently and adapt to changing situationsQualifications and Requirements Ability to obtain and hold AGSVAPolice ClearanceDrivers LicenseTHE BENEFITS Ongoing rewards & recognition programsPaid parental leaveEmployee referral programs up to $2000Weekly pay cycleSalary sacrifice optionsEmployee Assistance ProgramNovated lease optionsDiscounted health and wellbeing servicesFirst Aid and Mental First Aid Support Officers availablePlease submit your resume today and one of our friendly recruiters will be in touch with next steps.
