What You'll Do
The Visitor Experience Officer is responsible for delivering proactive, responsive, and high-quality service to all visitors at Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria.
With the opportunity to work across both Melbourne and Cranbourne Gardens, this role ensures visitors receive clear and welcoming information upon arrival and leave with a positive and safe experience.
Additionally, the Officer helps protect the site by enforcing key RBGV regulations.

What You'll Bring
We are looking for a skilled Visitor Experience Officer with experience in tourism, hospitality, or a similar front-line role to join our team and help deliver outstanding service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing bookings, handling cash operations, and processing ticket sales, while providing high-quality, responsive customer support.
You will also have experience in handling customer inquiries and incidents within legal frameworks, contributing to a positive team culture, and ensuring customer service targets are met.
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will confidently interact with a diverse range of customers and team members.
Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, databases, and Microsoft Office, along with your ability to work independently and take initiative, will be key to your success in this role.
