Vestas have an excellent opportunity available and are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Advisor to join our dynamic team.

As a Customer Relationship Advisor, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
You will actively engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and offer personalised solutions to ensure they have a seamless experience with our company.
Your ability to communicate effectively, empathise with customers, and manage relationships will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, leveraging customer intimacy to ensure renewals of Service contracts Define a common strategy in customer relationship management (aligned with the Area Supervisor) Assist the commercial department in the negotiation of new Service Contracts, amendments, and service quotations Assist with answering contractual questions from Customers, the Sales Department, and Area Supervisors Deal with technical open cases resolution process (Proactive communication, regular meetings, close collaboration with Product Support Dpt., etc.)
Control project Billing plan including adequate invoicing of variables, bonuses and penalties Ensure correct information in SAP and Sales Force related to the Contract Responsible for contract availability monthly monitoring and negotiation with customer related to the production period Out- Scope and drive customer communications to recover Qualifications & Skills
1-3 years of relevant experience Experience in product sales or service function are highly desirable Bachelor of Business (or equivalent) Handling "Customer expectations" and align to Vestas process flow Contract interpretation and track the progress Upselling and transactional skills Basic Financial Knowledge Voice of Vestas to Customer Vestas is an equal opportunity employer.
